The flexibility, tack and handling characteristics of these pre-preg's have been set so that optimum drapability is achieved allowing complex components to be easily produced

This product range is complimented with film and foam adhesives, pastes and primers.

There is continuous monitoring of product quality, backed up by control laboratories equipped with DSC, TMA, mechanical testing and microscope examination equipment.

A number of services are offered to customers. These can help reduce the material and labour costs commonly associated with composite part production. The services can be divided into three elements;

• digitising of templates
• nesting of digitised templates
• automated prepreg cutting

CML's automated cutter also includes a pen plotter which can be used to mark individual plies with their template designation. Additional information, such as fibre direction, can also be plotted.
