MMA Structural Adhesives
We have developed a low cost range of Methlymetacrylate adhesives 2 component products for bonding applications across a wide range of substrates. Toughened structural adhesive formulated for bonding thermoplastics, metals, ceramics, wood, concrete and standard thermoset plastics. Minimal surface preparation is combined with rapid fixture time, which makes the SM range ideal for a wide variety of assembly operations whilst reducing production cycle times and costs. Excellent flexibility and toughness allows for different substrates to be securely bonded. The final adhesive bond is designed to be load bearing and resistant to weather, humidity and a wide temperature variation.
Due to excellent chemical and weathering characteristics, CML's SM range is recommended for outdoor weathering or solvent exposure, thermoformed plastic assemblies, PVC, Composites, Vinyls, ABS, Steel, Aluminium, Acrylics, Phenolic, Polycarbonate, Styrenics, Wood, Concrete and Ceramics.
Water Soluble mandrel system:
CAST-A-FORM is a water soluble hot melt system suitable for creating mould and mandrel forms which can be used in the manufacture of various composite structures including hollow items such as ducts, tanks and pressure vessels. The powder form requires melting and subsequent pouring into a heat resistant mould. It solidifies on cooling and may be easily de-moulded without the use of a mould release agents.

High Temperature Tooling Board Sealer
The 2192 system is an unfilled high temperature epoxy sealer specifically designed for sealing the surface of tooling board prior to Marbocote® semi permanent release agents. The ability to withstand temperatures up to 180°C makes this an ideal product when moulding components directly from epoxy tooling block.
